It was great to meet Ty and his father at the Nitro Pit. I had always heard he was shy so I just went right up to him and his father in the Hot Bodies tent and we spoke for a good 15 minutes.

He is the real deal - He eats, sleeps and races RC Cars. He is living the dream. Traveling from big race to big race all across North America. He was telling me that the one thing that has helped him reach his goals is just how much he practices. He just runs and runs and runs!! (note to self practice more)

this hobby would be the only reason why I would want to live in the states...to be able to run all year round! it is so hard to get good with so little time to be able to put in, awesome that there is talk of more tracks being built though, especially right in TORONTO!!!!

Cant wait to hit the dirt, and like Dave said...practice practice practice!
