With the size that has been posted, I think it's going to be a little small for a 1/10 touring car (not to bring up XH, but they had 2500 sqft of track space... it was tight for 1/10 offroad EP trucks.) Even with a stock motor, it's going to be super tight. Everyone is going to have to run tiny littly pinion's... as long as traction isn't an issue, it shouldn't be too bad!!! I'm not trying to bash the idea, but maybe try to promote a mini racing night... getting the micro RS4, M18 type cars... maybe even a class for mini-t's with foams or something. As those size of cars would be perfect for that size of track. (6 ft lanes should give the operators tons of options when it comes time to re-design the track.)

PB

P.s. If they do have a micro night, I'll be there... As it would be fun to race them... (SPZA, SPOND... time to get yourselves some... I hear re-match whispering in the woods...)

Well if a track is made with removable rails it can easily be made into an oval

This is one of my better ideas for the track layout in the space provided. With 25x45, the lane on this track will be 6'3" wide, Plenty enough room for 1/10.

the track has to be totally portable so an oval is totally doable if there is interest. I realize that this wont be a huge track but it will be somewhere to go out and run while the snow is falling.

they track above is totally doable, the barriers can have laches on them so they can be taken apart in 6 foot sections. Then it would take up no room againts a wall or somthing.

Oval...go fast turn left

i agree with jak, oval is intence. but a road corse takes more talent(no offence to any oval or past oval racers). maybe we should look into buying one of those small road dome kits. they are stackable, and really quick and easy to use. i like that layout by the way chris
