Hi All
I've got a Hangar 9 - taylorcraft 85inch wing span, 13-15 weight, 67 inches long (old school), G26 powered.
I'm looking for snow skiis and floats. Commerical or scratch is Ok

skies are easy enough to build urself. Basicly a flat bottom and a curve up front. Last set I made were outa 1/8 inch birtch ply. I made a keel to stiffen them, out of 1/4 inch ply. If you make ur own, mount the skies on the axel, so that the back of the ski hangs down. And attach a rubber band from the front of the ski to a point on the fuse. What you want here, is to have the ski tips pointed slightly up, so that when you come in for a landing, they don't dig in nose first.

As for floats, I have 1/4 scale sig floats for my cub, but i have yet to try em ( chicken ). They were a nice kit, and look to still be available.
