LOL, I could say more.

Anyone notice the engines stay at full throttle till the bitter end?

Another thing that gripes me a bit is the reason he flew. He had to save those people behind the safety fence from injury. WOW! at least they had a safety fence! What about where it landed. All they had were sunhats, baby stroller tops and arms. He even could of snagged the top of the fence and threw his plane into the crowd.

Glad he did get away with it and no one was hurt.

Chris

My mistake....... clearly, it's an adult at the keys.

Regardless, Tomahawk sums up a couple of other key points in the replays.

Nobody wants to bring it up, but there does come a day in one's "model aircraft career" when it's time to step away from the "show" and enjoy the hobby with less stressful flying using models with less potential.

....just saying.

or a thick plexiglass bunker for spectators like on Mythbusters - hehe

I think these crazy ambitious projects are still very cool. I won't cross the street to watch an RC aerobat or 1/3 scale plane flying at a club fly-in. But this huge B29 - that is right out there in I Gotta See This territory. (Especially if I can view the flight from in-cockpit live FPV link)
