I worked with a guy who was in the Russian air force and that AN-2 had a bad rep with pilots there. They didn't like flying it and it had mechanical issues.

Yes the registration on the AN2 was C-FAKA infact!!!! Small world! I did however happen to get a few pictures as it sat near the terminal anyone interested in them?
