Some call it Crow, some Butterfly, some Reflex. The concept is by having both ailerons reflex upwards a few degrees, you in effect create washout in the wings so the wingtips take longer to stall and hopefully at or after the root of the wing. This reduces tip stalling and wing rock.

It's very effective for jets and warbirds and the IMAC planes with the small outer ailerons because the reflex adds washout to the tips. Not quite as effective for our Aerobatic planes with full-length ailerons but still helps.

It is aileron mixed with flaps. I suppose you could mix in rudder to correct for downline.
