Pitts Servo Question.

I'm trying to decide on servos for my 1/3 scale Knight Twister Biplane. This is a scratch built project that has very similar dimensions to the Great Planes Pitts and Christian Eagle ARFs. If you own one of these GP arfs, what servo's did you use? Great Planes recommends standard size servo's, but I would think you would need more torque on a 1/3 scale plane. Any comments, or suggestions on JR or Hitec servo's to use?

I fly the GP 1/3 Christen Eagle.
I use four aileron servos standard size but with 2 ball bearings same on the engine.
Go the next step up to say 60/70 oz for the other surfaces.
Do NOT use HB type Hitec servos on these applications.......the gears will strip sooner than later..........

These are the servos I use on my 1/4 scale Christen Eagle as well as my 1/4 scale cap. I am sure they would work well with 1/3 scale as well. These are the Hitec 645MG servos. Excellent torque, metal gears and a great price in my opinion.

Dave,
I am using those exact servo's on another plane because of the price, and value for what you get. I'd put them on my Knight Twister also, but I'd like a bit quicker, and lighter weight servo for the elevator.
