I could not make it..... BUT this is the kind to EVENT that we need to get Scale going in Canada again.

The next few pictures are of a jet of John Wiebe. Gaston emailed me the information so I think it best that the description be in Gaston’s own words.


While talking to John Wiebe (aka fastjets) at the Bay of Quinte Jet Rally a few weeks ago, I casually invited him to stop at our field after his trip to the East Coast. I never thought he would, but what a surprise when he showed up on Sunday at our NOOSE event on his way back home to Manitoba. He flew two awesome flights with his turbine powered Reaction; I heard compliments from our whole neighborhood the next day. Now I'm history, I'll never be able to top that performance, thanks John.....just joking, you are welcome to fly with us anytime.

It was awesome to finally see some organized flying that wasn't just chaotic hole-boring in the sky...although that is also fun...it's nice to see scale planes doing their thing too!
