Change the needle-valve o-ring. If you acn't get one you can try gooping the needle valve with silicon grease to seal the threads -- it is insoluble in the fuel & won't hurt anything.

It probably wouldn't work since it would cure solid, but maybe if you coat the needle threads and the inside of the sheath with a thin film of vaseline -- then use red RTV -- it might work (it should be reasonably easy to remove because of the vaseline) The real answer is a new o-ring.
