Can anyone help me out? Tamiya Gravel Hound Rear Shocks?

I bought a Gravel hound last week to play around with and if I push the back end of the car down the bottom hits the ground and almost stays on the ground?

I'm totaly new to RC cars and I was wondering if there is anything I could do to keep the back end from hitting the ground so much?

Thanks !

If you bought RTR, then it has no oil. Only greased up and don't have pistons.

Go put some motor/vegetable/any oil you can find and fill it up to the rim and close it up. It should function to a degree. While at it, cut 1/4" ~ 1/2" tube and stick it in the shock rod. This will stop your buggy from bottoming out.

After you had fun with your butchered stock shocks, go get some quality set from Tamiya or from Ebay.

Good luck!

Do you know where the best place to get this tubing from?
