This has been discussed before but I can't find the thread. Is there a paint that can be applied directly to the foam? Multiplex Cularis.
Thanks
Ron.

Re: painting elapor foam

Hi Ron,
Go to a paint store that sells Benjamin Moore paints and check out their colour testers. They are interior acrylic latex eggshell paint that comes in a variety of colours. I painted my multiplex easy star with this paint.

Re: painting elapor foam

Krylon fusion for plastics spray works great too.
Clean with acetone wipe first.

Re: painting elapor foam

I used Krylon H2O for Plastic on my Culatis. This comes in a spray can -- I also sprayed my Easy Glider Pro with the same paint.

Thanks
Ron.
I have had excellent results with the Krylon Fusion paint for plastic also.
I had to deal with a grey foam at first. I initally oversprayed the foam with dove white and then the colours I wanted. The white covered the grey and allowed the colours to really pop out otherwise the grey would show through if I sprayed the colours directly to the foam. If your foam is white you don't have to worry about the colour bleed through dulling problem. I also painted a blue Microjet to yellow and red with the same method.
