Never mind that , we get up at 5 am to get ready to be there at 6 am... and we allways go out for dinner at night with the same gang of 10 or 12 guys... usually dont get to bed before 12am. It makes for a long weekend, and a longer 12 hour drive back home but it sure is worth it just to see friends and hang out in "model land" for a few days.

Hey. I take my wife has her own hobbies too. She does knitting, machine knitting, you know, stuff like that.

I make it a POINT to spend time with her ( from time to time) while she does her thing too. Every year i spend the day with her at her favorite show is in October, called the Kneedlework and Craft Show. Hey, I like poking around in the booths too.

2 days after that show I went to the Tucson Shootout !!

Compatibility and interest in your "honey's" activities works both ways.

I agree to a certain extent Bob - but you REALLY gotta' like planes to drive for two days (one full day there and one back) and stay down there for 3 more... not for the faint of heart!
