Does any one know the diameter, and the threads per inch of the servo arm screws for Hitec metal gear servos? The servo is a 5645 digital. Thanks, Jared

Sure Do.

The size of the screw that goes into the output
shaft to hold on the arm is M 2.6 x 8mm.
I got socket head screw from Micro Fasteners, the
part number is SCM2608. You could check out at
microfasteners.com

I'm using these on HiTec 5645MG servos and using
the metal arms that came with those servos.

Oh, by the way, someone recommended that you
put a little bit of blue lock tight on the screw, just to
make sure it doesn't come loose in flight. This is another
good reason to use socket head screw rather that the
philips head that come with the servo.

Thanks!

Thanks for the info! I've got some ordered. The socket head screws are going to save alot of frustration. Blue Loctite, and Phillips heads just don't work. Jared
