Got this from my 2nd eFlite Blade SR. It is a DC for +12V power source, as well, a 115vac wall unit for AC operation.

This is best used for charging your transmitter lipo pack. Just connect the balance pig-tail to the charger, and automatically balance charge it, and you don't have to unplug the transmitter pack from the transmitter had you used any ordinary charger.

This charger is specifically designed to charge via the balance pig-tail. I know, I am using similar set up.
