For sale is two Astro Flight brushless 05G motors. I picked these up used last year and have not found a home for them so its time to go. I fired them both up and they work fine.

The specs I could find on the internet are:


806G
3 Turn - 2666 rpm/volt = 807KV at the prop
Gear ration 3.3:1
Max power = 500 watts
Max motor rpm 40000 rpm
Max prop rpm 10000 rpm
Motor weight = 4.0 oz
Gear box = 1.25 oz
Speed control weight = 1.0 oz
Motor length = 2.25 in
Max voltage = 12 volts = 3S lipo
Bec is 5 volts at 1 amp

A word of caution - I would not use the BEC on these - they are older versions and experience has taught us all that 1 amp is not enough. Use a reciever pack or Castle Bec.
Speed controllers are sensored and I think good to 40 amps from what I can find on the web.

These would be great for a twin on 3S each.
