I picked this one up used a while back and just got around to test running it and tuning it up. With a Xoar 24X10 I was getting about 6200 rpm. Does that seem about right for this engine? In the manual it seems to indicate 7200 rpm with that prop. Any thoughts?

All 24 x 10 props are not equal in terms of the amount of drag they put on the engine and ground RPM may easily jump in the air. Have you tried flying the plane with that engine/prop combo? I would also try another brand of 24 x 10 prop and see what happens. The 3 Zenoahs that I have all run very reliably and with good power. Good luck
