Dufferin RC First Ever Trophy Race is in the Books

Thanks to everyone who worked hard getting the newly designed track in a race ready state. We had a great turn out and were able to run two quals and a main in 4 different classes.

Not bad for a 1st season club level race.

I was told that the track levels the playing field. If you are aggressive and accurate you can run some fast times but if you are not on the right line, the more conservative races will pass you while you wait for to be righted.

We ran 10th open Nitro/Electric, 1/8th buggy/truggy, MT, and a Kids Klass open.

They were all great fun but the Kids Klass open was the best to watch for me.

good ole' Brian! Broken human Arm, An O.S engine that has seen 400+ degrees on numerous ocassions, broken carb and cooling fins and he still manages to beat the competition and snag some hardware! Great job buddy!

Man, sorry I missed it. Revo3.3 told me about it too. Looks like it was a great time had by all. Maybe next time. Had to close the pool and run a gas line into the garage.Winter is coming........oops said the "w" word...

Too bad you missed it! It was a great day and for a first club level race it went extremely well!!

It is really amazing what can be done when people pull together.
