Disassemble the whole motor first. Then get a torch and heat up the block ALOT. then simply tap it out. Actually I have simply heated it up to the point where it just drops out lol. I had it in a vice BTW. Before you install the new bearing be sure to put it in the freezer for a few hours so it can easy be put in place.

can you use a heat gun as well? or the heat just not strong enough?

A heat gun will work, but i've found the best and easiest way is toss your block into the toaster oven at 350-400 Deg for around 5-10 mins...the bearings will either fall out or just need a small tap...

Hey Bubba where's Norval located? I have all the bearing removal and installation tools. Removing and re-installing your bearings would be a snap! For a large Timmies I'd gladly swap your bearings for ya.

Thank you every one for the advice, Heat gun worked great, one little tap with the punch and the bearing was on the counter lol, Next time tho I don't think I will be doing this project in my buddies wifes kitchen tho, its better done in the shop lol, her oven mits worked great tho, maybe need a set of those for the toolbox lol
