I may be wrong but I suspect the holes will round after a few tightening sessions. The Nylon will stretch around the driver hole each time they are torqued until it's a rounded out hole.

I ordered a box of 100 screws and a box of 100 washers from Brafasco and the whole thing came to about $25.00.
