re brushless boat videos
2 great examples of the power of brushless . can you say nitro and gas boat killers?


no gas boat or nitro boat can keep up with a fe brushless boat.

indeed world speed recods all set with brushless set-ups ..
but for my fun i enjoy the sound and smell of gas

re fast boats
you are correct cyclop in that all the world speed records for rc boats are held by electrics.


one good mono or cat hull= 250-350.00
one good brushless setup= 400-500.00
one pair of 4-5s lipos= 350- 400.00

watching the owner of the gas boats face as your electric boat blows by him like its standing still = PRICELESS :GRIN:

im not a electric man what so ever .. but what kinda run times would a lipo system get you figure ? roughly ..

re lipo runtimes
how much runtime you get on a specific lipo battery depends on what capacity the lipo is and what kind of brushless motor, esc and prop you have . my blackjack brushless can get 20 minutes runtime on a pair of 2s lipos with the stock esc ,motor and plastic stock prop.
