The JR ones are fine, but I was using a Berg 6 in mine.

I used the stock jr rx in one heli and a gws micro in another. I know some have said they got glitching and crap from the gws rx's but I have had a few and never had troubles. I figure I fly the t rex pretty close so no chance of a range issue lol

I have to go set up a t rex for the lhs owner this week. been a while since I got to play with a rexxy, I bet he just wants me to order another cuz I will have that bug as soon as I fly it hehe

I've had the GWS Pico receivers and they are fine but you can't compare them with the Bergs.

I noticed that Helihobby has the TREX for $119US (standard edition)... hmm, very tempting.

the berg are really nice rx's. and I go to a local shop to buy t rex. Jet Hobbies in Richmond, BC is western Canada's importer and hobby shop supplier for t rex. he has great deals. might be worth looking into it as they can ship too. andy might not check his emails for a couple days but hard to find a better guy to deal with. and every plane and heli hanging from the roof is his own personal toys. he is super addicted lol

Well I am off right now to pick up a venom outback. it's much like the hirobo xrb, dual counter rotating rotors, but a little larger. vido shows them flying outside.... something the xrb didn't like. it has plastic blades instead of foam. dual 370 motors too so replacements are easy.

will let ya know if I wasted my money or not later lol, at least it looks cool.

I like the aluminum swashplate ARTF... then get the new spektrum radio, brushless system and a lipo... i have 4 servo's... and i want to try helicopters again... i had a hummingbird and it was pretty terrible imo.. because the tail motors die so quickly..

Look at what you guys did... I ordered my Trex today.

So far I've only invested in the 450X V2 and 400S motor.
