trying to see what the turnout could be like.

I should have everything in my fleet ready to go.

RC10-gr.
Jrx2
YZ-10

I will bring them all out to show.. but will only race 1 .. depending on what others bring.

Hope we can get 4 or more to run a fun heat of Vintage.

My attendance will be based on this class.. no interest then I most likely will pass.

Hey James,

I am working hard to get that Championship edition Gold Tub that I had at the last race 100% functional.

I figured out a way to get some old Losi pin spike tires I had kicking around mounted up to the 3-bolt rims I have (by cutting off part of their beads and gluing them directly onto the rim halves.)

I also had to re-work the battery mounting due to the larger size of today's cells.

Everything has been cleaned and re-assembled except the tranny (6-gear) and the shocks. I even found a pinion to go with the old 32P spur!

I am looking for a couple of turnbuckles for the back end though, they are the 1.75" ones with threads all the way out to the centre.....would you have any to spare?

Otherwise I will just use some 4-40 rod....

Hope to see you on Sunday,

Narly1

If I can find one particular piece, I should be good to go also.

I'm looking for something simple yet I am unaware as to where to pick the piece up.

I'm looking for the rod that connects the RC10B4 castor block to the knuckle.

Basically I'm using a stock Ultima, but in order to run it I had to retrofit a set of B4 front tires on to the kit. So far everything fits and is "tunable", yet this one last piece has eluded me.

Any ideas as to which shop would sell this part locally?

I want Ron's orange sprint car in the back ground. That thing would be awsome to run on a lil dirt oval.

I found a guy in the for sale forum who had a Turbo Optima MID roller. He wanted too much for it (150) no belt, body or steering rack... So it doesn't look like I'll be running my MID at all this year...

Good Luck, I'll be at glorcs also, running some new nitro toys.
