Here's something to think about when you replace them. Mine also froze this winter. As I investigated I noticed the taps were tapered back towards the basement and therefore they didn't drain out properly. The water sat in the pipe and froze.

had a sump pump screw up on me this spring and ended up with a wet bacement....ony casualty was a Turnigy charger I had on the floor...

Rotten luck....hope you can save the plans

Basement Flood prevention........Check out the following, this device should worth the cost of installation....it senses any water on your basement floor and automatically shuts the water supply off
