I think it is a cool looking truck.. but a $1000 can go a lot farther on diff. vehicles.. but i still wanna see one go..

I agree with chewy that it is too expensive and myself personally would not buy it and also that the air filter is a bad design that would cause problems, breaking off, dirt scoop, etc. However there are people in the hobby that have zero interest in racing, tracks and jumping ramps,BMX track etc. On top of all this KYOSHO and TAMIYA have serious diehards who buy nothing but!!, as it was these two companys along with ASSOCIATED that dominated the market from the evolution of R/C. If your looking for a race truck this isnt it and I am sure it handles fine on rough terrain such as construction sites, just obviously not as nimble.

I am so over the REVO...wins my award for most overrated truck of the year.

I have no beef with you chewy, but here is my bash only truck list:

1-OFNA TWIN TITAN
2-OFNA TITAN
3-XTM X FACTOR
4 KYOSHO MAD FORCE
5 TAMIYA TXT-1 (electric)

I know that most companys are now gearing their trucks to racing, Duratrax for example has come up with a nice concept..very basic in their new WARHAMMER. My point when I said bash only was this......When I race my truck the set-up is totally different than when I am interested in going to a school to jump ramps, gravel, grass, sandboxxes etc. I am very aware that any truck can be "hopped" up and did not need to be informed of that. Anyways the trucks listed are my personal opinion "bash" only trucks as I have driven all of them and something just tells me that the trucks listed no matter how modified due to their weight, chassis design, or shear weight will not compete with a Dominator, TNX, Revo , MGT etc. The Team Losi is debatable as it was primarily a basher, while having the potential to be a good racer in the right hands and with the right hop-ups...The LST Adam Drake races is 100% different than a box stock LST its all carbon-fibre, different components, he races with LOSI zombie-maxx tires. I am sure people may disagree but thats fine as I do not always agree with others.

I think the Revo is over rated also.I have a modified one and I'm still wrenching after every time I take it out.Lets hope that RPM can save it like they saved the Tmaxx with stronger plastics.
As for your list of bash trucks ,you pretty much nailed it ,I can't compare If I had a choice from that list I would take the Mad Force

Right now my nitro fleet consisted of
Extendo Savage
Savinator
Tmaxx Hybrid
Revo
Ghost face ,what mts are you running?

i agree from that whole list there the mad force would be the best, i owned one and its a good bash truck and it always seemed to work no matter what. i have heard too much bad things about the titan and the other ones. but the only downside to the mad force is it flips a bit too easily and not a lot of hobby shops carry parts for it here.

I have a madforce .It uses the same three speed tranny. the clutch bell is big but you can switch motors, I have a wasp .26. You have to some light mod work, but it very doable with a little work. you have to grind off the stock bell shaft inorder to thread on the three speed bell shaft. but its worth it my madforce is faster than sevenstars savage .26 ofna. Very fast because of the tranny, sick!!!! I had to extend my frame to keep the front end down.3 gear wheelies.
