The South Haldimand Skyhawks are hosting their Second Annual Fun Fly Saturday July 14th (rain date July 15th). Everyone Come Join the Fun!

No Pilot registration fees or admission fees,
Burgers, Hot dogs and beverages will be sold,
50/50 draw

Come enjoy our vast airspace, relaxing rural setting and hospitality, just one hour south of the GTA.

Sorry for the late reply guys...I was out of town for a couple of days.

Tomahawk, we'll be there setting up before 7:30-8:00 A.M. There are no restrictions so you can come out and fly as early as you like.

Pete, you should bring something for shade... an umbrella or gazebo

We look forward to seeing you all there this Saturday!

We had a great day at the South Haldimand Skyhawks Fun fly today. It was a scorching day for sure, but fortunately there was a light welcome breeze off Lake Erie to help ease the heat.

On behalf of the Skyhawks I want to send a BIG THANKS to all the pilots and spectators who came out to support our fun fly. I think we had 24 registered pilots in all and they seemed to enjoy a pleasant, leisurely day of flying...I hope everyone had a great time.

Also a special thanks to our MAAC Zone Director, Roy Rymer for stopping by with some really sharp MAAC ball caps, which we raffled off to several lucky pilots....always great to see you Roy, thanks again for coming!

Again, Many Thanks everyone! We look forward to doing it again next year and hope you'll all come back and bring your friends!

Hi Jim,

Next year for sure! I was in Tobermory last weekend and missed your IMAC event also, but did pass by the Flying Tiger's field the Thursday before on my way home from the Skyhawks field to see if anyone might be practicing. I know I keep saying it, but, next year I'm going to give basic a try!
