Those are excellant points that I haven't considered. The engine I was initially thinking of was the os 91 surpass II, but if a 70 is the perfect balance between under and overpowering, than that may be the size I want to go with. From what I have read, it doesn't seem to really matter if it is an os, saito or ys make, they all are generally reliable.

Os fs91 surpass
The Os 91 surpass is an awesome engine in my mind
I have one in my 60 size edge 540t and the plane has no limits verticall unlimited with that motor and the engine is very responsive enev when being pushed to the limits .91 surpass with a 13x7 prop is what im using. "like nony said though depending what aircraft you stick it on does make a difference" |
