I just went to Hobby Parts, there are some really good prices there and they are in California. Has anyone bought servos or receivers from them?

Re: Hobby Parts

Kip, I just received a shipment from them last week. I ordered some lipo's, ESC's and some servos. They have flat rate shipping by USPS for 9.95. I think maybe 10 days to get here and everything was well packed and works. I will be buying more as the prices are inline with Hong Kong and lipos are no problem coming from the US (for now)

Re: Hobby Parts

I've ordered several times from HobbyPartz. Mainly the SG series servos (similar to the HXT series from HK), Gens Ace Lipos (very good, 5C charge, 25/50C discharge), and ExceedRC ESC's (same as Turnigy Plush & Hobbywing).

Shipping has been reasonably quick considering it's going USPS ground. They also declare a 'favourable' value for customs.

If you decide to order, don't forget to use the 10% discount code (it's only good for a limited time):

The code was posted in the 'Hot Deals' forum on RCG a few weeks back. The discount codes are not available all the time, so place your order soon.

I posted the most recent discount above: HPZ10

Re: Hobby Parts

I ordered some batteries from HobbyPartz on Friday last week and the discount still worked.
