Just can't get used to "cleared to take off on runway 24" or land and then immediately someone is cleared on 27 and then someone is cleared on 26. Absolute lack of any knowledge of aviation. This miniseries was a joke. Was /is the runway a roundhouse?

Caught a bit of the show, saw the CBC logo and tossed the remote over to my wife.

"CBC docudrama' is becoming the equivalent of "revisionist history" -- check out "Valour and the Horror" from a few years ago.

Political correctness fifty years after the fact, and ignore everything that came the other way....

Also, have to admit that the glaring inaccuracies and bad script management puts these productions in the same league as Ed Wood and "Plan Nine From Outer Space". Howard the Turtle on Razzle-Dazzle seems to have better writing....

The CBC used to be a good network to do documentaries that did tell the story and stick to the facts. Not now.
