Hi,

The Float Flying dates are now posted in the clubhouse. Typically there will be some changes throughout the summer, you should check the clubhouse for the most current list before planning a trip to the Floradale Dam just north of Elmira.

Tha dates are:
Sat. May 20 9am
Wed. June 7 6pm
Sat. June 24 9am
Wed. July 12 6pm
Sat. July 29 9am
Wed. Aug 16 6pm
Sat Sept. 2 9am

Hi John,

It is a club event but we always welcome visitors as guests, of course they must have proof of MAAC.

If you would like to visit, no problem, if you wish to fly, your always welcome as my guest. I would like to get together with you to discuss the flaps sometime - I may stop by your field once all my moving arrangements are finalized.

Weather permitting I'll mark down the dates. Float flying is the most fun for me in the best weather. If you drive by our field and the gates open someones there, not necesarily me.
