For me the biggest factor in visibility is the size of the canopy/heli so in that regard it will be the 7HV followed by the stretched Atom with the Fusuno 5.5 canopy then the X3. However I also tend to fly the bigger helis farther and higher.

What I can say though is that the X3 (my new beater heli) has a bigger canopy than, and is more visible than my previous beater which is the 450X with the bigger Fusuno EX canopy. I am finding that I fly the X3 farther and higher than the 450X. The X3 actually feels closer to my bigger helis as it is more powerful than the 450X which was characterized by bogging on hard maneuvers. To cap it off, my belt driven X3 actually sounds quieter than my belt driven 450X.

However if what you mean by visibility is the color of the canopy, my eyes are partial towards neon or bright green with contrasting colors. In this regard, the 7HVU with its bright green canopy with dark blue windscreen is actually more visible to my eye than the Atom with the yellow canopy and yellow windscreen (least visible). The X3 with the bright green canopy is somewhat in the middle. It appears that to my eyes having contrasting colors in the canopy ends up being more visible.

Thanks for the feedback Cyclo. It was the colors I was curious about as you have a variety of different schemes to fly.
