I was there that day Dale, Ron came with 2 jets, went home with one, I came with one plane, came home with none.

Yes, yet another great day it was. Kind of a season ender (for a few airframes!).

My entry. Arlene, and I after flight #52 (year end total) on SukTwo.
Of interest. WingBurner flying from the stool.

Brad, I expect the National Bi-Plane Photo fun-fly to be held around the longest day of the year. Might be a good time to try and get together to do some flying. You have Bipe's (nice ones).

Yet another day I was there, you showing us a smooth CL inverted landing without wreckage.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

That old C/L has landed inverted 40% of the time. As much for show as anything. Wish I could find the photo's of me doing a full C/L flight on my stool in Lougheed. That was a blast.

We need more photo's. Just a warm memory of this summer.

Re: The never ending engine thread, East-West

Not a pic, and not the greatest of vids, as it was taken with my phone. But this plane out of 4 extras, a python ,giles and bipes ended up being my go too plane this summer. Go figure! Hangar9 taylor craft, vvrc 40 twin.
Again I apologize for the video, it was our first try and with a camera.
But it is a summer shot!
