Leap 3D quad

I have about 15 flights so far on a Leap 3D quad and I must say it sure does make me small and laugh. It really performs well and flys very well. I really have had zero quad experience except a few flights on the Walkera Lady bug indoors. I did the first 10 or so flights on 3s and then pulled out a 4s 2200 pack and it really came to life and things like rainbows and reversals ect became much better . I still stuggle with not staying at mid stick for any length of time as I do with my helis but it is a lot of fun and flys great with such a low parts could and cheap price it is a great machine to learn 3D on in my opinion and for hose that always want it yes it has a bail out mode also. I installed Trex 450 pro landing gear on mine as we have snow here and I wanted it up off the ground .Pretty fun machine and it sounds crazy when you start flipping it around .

Re: Leap 3D quad

Does that thing come with a built-in camera in it?

I'm getting confused now. Or is it the new Hitec quad that has the built in camera?

Re: Leap 3D quad

No camera built in as it is a all out 3D quad but there would be no problem mounting one if you wanted .

Manny quit rubbing it in, plus 9 what does that even mean? Balmy -21 all day today which is much better than the -37 at the end of Nov . Max I sure wish I could try and get you some video but as you can see in my weather report it may be some time before that happens so I will post one from the Leap site with Alan Szabo showing us how to smack it around
