yokomo mbr4 in saddle lipo run with only 1600mah with novak 7.5 on tight track A main

and you charge it right before the race

you need only two pack lipo for a race day

less you empty the pack more time last the pack

no more discharger tray no more need to zap your pack

what not to do

I have learned that you don't poke the LiPo pack with a sharp exacto knife. If you do you will see a big cloud of white smoke, then the pack will heat up really hot.

My 3200 Orion pack had the 2 pieces of plastic come apart and I tried to glue it back together, but did not notice that there was a tab that held the 2 sides together. I put the bottom on backwards (189 deg off) and the tab made the pack not fit together right, but it was already glued with crazy glue.

I tried to pry the side away and cut the tab with an exacto knife, and the knife slipped and, well you know what happened.

Anybody in the market for a used 1 cell 1600 pack?

Just posting my problem so that nobody else is stupid enough to do it.

I love the Orion packs because of the hard plastic case.

Sort of on topic...

I just weighed a GP3700 6 cell pack versus an Orion 4800 LiPo and there was a 5 ounce difference! So don't forget to add weight back in or really change your suspension setting. I have lead all over my buggies!

I'm going to pick up one of those vislero packs from Dominic. I'll let you all know how it goes.
