thats a no brainer but the attached hobbie shop would have to be very successful. There would be no money made of the track after mataince costs...the building lease for the track would be $$$$$$$$$.Out door nitro in toronto...good luck

If it's close to me, I'll be all over that like stink on poo..
We really need something like this, but the LHS has to be in the right place to have an indoor\outdoor track.
The outdoor would be alot easier & cheaper then trying the indoor.

i have had an investor actually look into this with me last year and unless you have the cash to buy the building lease costs are gonna kill you not even considering all the insurance. Not to be a killjoy but unless you can get people to commit to a membership fee kinda like a workout gym then it will be very hard to keep the neccesary monthly income needed to cover the costs nevermind turning a profit and to all the people who are gonna sht me down for the profit remark sorry bt if opened somthing that needed me to become a full time employee you better believe i wanna make a salary. It can be done but its gonna take alot of commitment as for me i was not financially ready for such a task but good luck and i would definetly buy a membership
