Thought I'd update on the outcome of my little shopping adventure. I spend a lot of time reading and researching on the net before I buy stuff and I came across the iCharger lineup. I specifically purcahsed the iCharger 208B. The only thing other chargers have on it is the ability to charge two types of batteries at once. For its price point, thats just not a feature I care about, I paid $180 for the charger, it handles up to 8s in series, since the flux only needs 6s to charge both I'm good there and it handles up to 32V/20A. Its got a rediculous amount of features and the manufacturer updates the firmware based on interactive public feedback I found here:
http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=839657 Making it a constantly improving product. I did go with the Turnigy lineup of LiPos..hopefully they fit ok, they're 49mm wide I'm a bit worried about that with the flux's batt compartments it will be very tight. Crazy hard to believe how much RC has changed since I was running the old Savage 25.

There are some pretty wicked deals on hobbyking.com
Site ships from singapore but the quality of the stuff is great. Bought a full alloy ccpm 450 heli and its just as good as my trex heli if not better. And the price was only $45 compared to $300 Running their lipo packs, motor and gyro and everything works great.

I would have to say that the Turnigy Lipos are the best bang for the buck lipo out there.. some of their packs even do much better than some/most of the high end lipos out there.. Right now, I'm very happy with the Nano-Tech lipos from Turnigy.
And as for chargers, I would recommend something that is made by hyperion. But, that's just my personal preference.
