Race to the bottom of the barrel. LOL

Hey we have a price war in the $5.00 receivers. At least these guys understand the knowledge to use two antenna.

Orange and now Lemons what a hoot. Soon they will be giving them away as in Cracker Jack boxes.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

Who in their right mind would call their product "Lemon"? It's marketing suicide. It's almost as bad as spelling compatible wrong thoughout their site "Spektrum compatiable", I wonder if it's so they can claim they didn't say they were Spektrum compatible. At least their satellite receivers are cheap. I'd still not risk it in anything beyond a foamy.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

Soon there will be reviews of them from reputable sources and for those of us who fly park-sized planes that seldom go beyond 200 feet away, it might be one option.

The issue becomes, if they do review well, why pay $60 when you can pay $6? Or the more pressing, how can company X charge $60 when company Y is making a profit at $6? There really are few secrets in the circuitry.

Hobby shops are few and far between when you live in rural Canada. Waiting weeks for delivery from out-east or out-west is the norm. I am often amazed how products from the far-east are arriving in days ... with free shipping. So, I'm going to wait until a reviewer, who you probably don't trust because he doesn't fly the big names, does a thorough analysis before I tender my dollar.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

Quite a bit of opinion on them. They have been out for a while.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

Thanks for the video link.

Impressed by the testing and will probably consider it for some of my fun flyers.

Hoping to see what the Taranis offers when it becomes readily available as well.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

Thanks for the links, guys.

I love the DSM with PPM out. I really needed one like this for FPV. This is the first I have seen of one with PPM. So I ordered one

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

I don't use DSM2 but if I did and after seeing the video I would choose Lemons over Oranges. I like the options they present which gives some flexibility.

Re: Orange and Lemon Receivers

I'd have named them Apple, but someone might take exception to that...
