It's going to be a toss-up whether I'm at the MAAC or the EMFSO booth at the upcoming Hobby Show in November.

Sounds like there's a disconnect with the title of this thread.

Truth is, I suddenly realized that I didn't know when the SE ASM was or where it was being held (upcoming model display, too!) and the MAAC website does not have this information anywhere that I could think of to look.

EVERYONE! Please read your August MAC magazine ( the one with the float-equipped Super Cub in yellow on the cover -- dated August 2007), page 13.

If you can't amke it out to your AZM, please provide someone from your club or the Zone Director with your proxy.

A good turnout (even in proxy form) ensures a legal meeting. Last yar had several Zone Meetings become non-meetings when there were too few members present.

BTW< SE AZM is October 21, 9AM at the LEgion Branch 322, 111 Hunt Street, Ajax. Hosts are the EMFSO.

1) I'm volunteering to man a booth at the Hobby Show, but need to verify if it'll be MAAC or EMFSO.
2) This lead me to check for when the AZM is so I can talk over the situation with the ZD and EMFSO Event Coordinator. AZM will also impact my availability.
3) Coundn't find AZM items on MAAC website.
4) Got home and checked out August 2007 MAC magazine. See page 13 for AZM list.
5) Reminded everyone else about need to attend AZM and posted date and location for SE AZM.
