Glow fuel

Okay have been looking for a thread on here for 2hrs can't find it.
How long is glow fuel good for. I have some that is 3 yrs old. Cool Power 15% 2 jugs have been on a shelf and a case on a cement floor.

Should be fine as long as they were never opened. Have seen glow fuel 10 years old used and worked fine.

I have had a couple of part jugs go bad on me this year. I bought them early last year and I suspect that they were already a year old then. they were in the garage all sealed tight. Last year the engines were hard to start and this year they were near impossible to start. Three different engines acted the same. The jug that was full seems ok.

I had a couple jugs of glow fuel unopened when I stopped flying in 1996. I took it up again in 2010 and used the fuel I had stored away, worked good for me with no engine problems at all.
