Anyone noticing anything unusual about 2 - DA150 in this area or anywhere for that matter please let us know. It appears 2 DA150 headed for one of our Ontario dealers went missing off the DHL truck. Also a few other boxes of R/C related products. It happened around Xmas time. We have since had to replaced the motors and goods to the dealer.

The value is in excess of $8000.00 and we would really like to find out who has them.

Doug,

I was working for a temp agency in 2003, and was assigned to drive for a courier company. Reminds me of something that happened to one of the Altimax drivers here in NS.

This particular driver was picking up freight in Dartmouth before doing his midday linehaul for the Annapolis Valley. He had just picked up a shipment from a wholesaler. While stopped in traffic, somebody stole several thousand dollars of smokes from the back of the truck. Which was really only about three cases. (Of course he hadn't locked the back door of the truck).

Something else to consider is that the pieces in question may have been mis-sorted. It does happen all the time, and I doubt that any courier or freight company would willingly admit to it (bad for the reputation).

If the products were stolen, might be an idea to keep an eye on e-bay, and the various rc sites (just in case somebody gets cocky and tries to unload them). I'm pretty sure that everyone here would be willing to help, right gang :

Anyway, if you haven't already done so consider contacting the police, and start the process of collecting the 'insurance' from the courier company.

Best of luck,

Wade
