The idea of incorporating a daypass system for the non-members of the track has been on the table right from the start.
We had to consider many factors in order to provide this service, primarily the safety and well being of the club members along with access to the site through the locked gates.
We are pleased to announce this service will be available as of Monday July 13th.
There are some limitation for those who wish to take advantage of this feature and rules that must be obeyed by all parties involved.

Existing members of the club are now able to bring a friend or a family member along who is able to run their RCs at the track.
The process is as per the following:
Daypasses can be purchased by Email or in person at Xtreme RC. The existing member who wishes to bring a visitor along, must be the one purchasing the daypass.

By Email - A request for temporary pass will be submitted to us via Email at depro2002@hotmail.com.
You will need to provide your name, the full name of the visitor and the date you are planning to attend.
The Email request must be made 24 hours or more in advance to allow us prepare the pass and email it back.
A payment of $12.00 ($10.00 pass + $2.00 admin fee) will have to be made via Paypal to de-pro@rogers.com.
Once a PDF version of the pass is received by person requesting it, it will need to be printed and brought along with the visitor.

In person - Payment of $10.00 in cash can be made at Xtreme RC location.
The member requesting the temporary pass will need to have their membership card present at the time of the purchase.
Please provide the full name of your visitor along the date you are planning to attend.
The temporary pass will then be prepared and handed back.
This pass will need to present at all times along with your visitor when attending the track.

Things to remember while at the track:
The member who requested the temp pass will be responsible for the actions of the person visiting with them.
They both must obey by the club rules while at site.
Under no condition the visitors are allowed to attend the track or be left at the track on their own.
The combination for the gate lock can not be shared with the visitor.
The pass is for one day only, from Monday through Sunday except during the race events, which other arrangements can be made.
The club has the right to discontinue providing this service at it’s own discretion.
