Local hobby shop

Just buy from your local shop. They can get stuff from horizon within a week. On special orders they can probably do discounts. By the time you order online + the horrible exchange rate + shipping it will end up costing the same or more.

Shopping in Canada is fine IF the shops carried what I want. Most shops have very little for Largescale.

Shopping online is definately the way to go and I usually always do. This was a one time order just for the hell of it.

Wont be making this mistake again. I do see Selwa's point, large scale stuff is hard to get. I've been looking for a FG Baja for some time and just cant do it because of the shipping that would be involved. and of course any local ones get snached up quick.

therefore, we need to suppoert these guys, as alot of them are what makes racing possible, sure you could get stuff a little cheaper elswhere some of the time, but im sure you would enjoy having a place to run if your into racing at all

Don't get me wrong guys. The order had nothing to do with saving money. I was just sitting at home with my sons and new baby unable to go out that day and my oldest son (8 years old) called me out on a promise to get him some parts if he behaved (the little B#$@%#$). Now how manny of us have tried to reason with our kids when they want something??? Its always now now now and they have a hard time understanding why they need to wait. Soooo, Long story short I found a way to make us both happy. :IDEA:Order on line:IDEA:. I get a happy kid and get to be a hero again and he gets to be happy now instead of thinking I was trying to scam him out of my promise and he stops the .

Ahhhh 3 kids, What the hell was I thinking? But no matter what you got to love them. Even when there trying to figure out how to start your Baja when your not looking

Agreed!

I But as much local as I can....(Weather it be RC or my food when I get Grocery's)

But a lot of the Prices at the LHS's are Retarded.....
So if I can get it a Lot Cheaper from the US..... Even with Shipping/ Exchange rate & Tax ......I Will & do All the time.....
