I was wondering what was a good safe, possibly canadian website to order planes, and parts from.

I have had very good success with Great Hobbies. [B][CODE]www.greathobbies.com I've sent back parts that I have ordered by mistake and got a FULL refund. I've had warranty repairs done with no problems.

Their web site is not the easiest to use at first, but once you learn how to navigate thru it, you will be able to find most of your needs.

Not the best place to find small bling items for large gas planes.

Re: Safe website to order from

another vote for great hobbies. I am in a small city in BC with no local hobby shop. The nearest is a 3 hour drive away, although there is a toy shop that can usually get me balsa within 3-4 days.
I have ordered through Great Hobbies a lot (too much, according to some members of my household) and never had any issue whatsoever. Communication is great, stock is generally good for the things I am after, and I think prices are reasonable.

Re: Safe website to order from

I've dealt with all the above (except Hobby Wholesale) very recently. Only complaint to date is Hobby Hobby's online store was showing some out of stock items as being in-stock (and I was in a hurry for some replacement parts). They 'fessed up and apologised though. Aside from that, I've been happy with my dealings.
