Plans / photos of a stand

I need to construct a stand for my small / medium size plane(s).
Due to back & knee injuries I've been using one of the tables at my club to put my plane on to ready and start it. I should have a stand. I can't easily get up and down on the ground.

Do you have any plan(s) or photo(s) of a stand that I could construct. I know some are made of plywood, MDF, or made with 1/2 or 3/4 (or so) PVC piping. Help me out here with something that I can put in the van to transport to/from the field.
