yes Mark.. maybe Ill see you out there.. Im usually at the 64th ave entrance / flight zone.. but if you give me a heads up next time your coming to town.. i can certainly charge up the batts and camera.. and meet you there!

Tyler.. i was thinking of getting a corsair next actually.. they look like lots of fun.. but im concerned about the blue plane in a blue sky.. haha

Colour-wise they're not bad. I never had problem with orientation with it in the sky. The only thing you might not like is the tail-dragger landing gear. You need a bit smoother area for take-off than what you do for the T-28, as the plane has a tendency to nose-over otherwise. Very short grass, or a gravel path would work.

You can help the nose-over issue by getting slightly larger wheels, though.

I might just take you up on that Medic...isn't it always windy on that hill? The only time I take Mcknight is either on the way to CYYC or PM hobby.

not always my friend.. many times I have been there.. and its been beautiful... today being one of them... If you know your coming to town, or want to go flying.. just let me know a day or so in advance and Ill do my best to meet you somewhere around where you'll be... we can do some flyin

anyone fly the old school parkzones anymore.?
i have a old brushed spitfire thats a little more agile than the corsair but looks great in the air.
one of my corsair as well.

was thinking of getting the t28 but not to keen on the new colors on the new one.

Sounds good Medic...likewise if you're coming out to Canmore. I have permission to fly at one of the golf courses until they open. We have a couple of other of flying spots too.
