Hi,

I sold a heli package to a guy (not a member here, but from RCU). He claimed he never received the package, eventhough the delivery confirmation gives the time/date he received it. Paypal debited the funds from my accout. I contacted them, and gave them the tracking/delivery info, but they said since I didn't have him sign for it, I am out of luck!

Ouch!! Maybe put the proof of delivery in his negative feedback.....unless you know someone from the same town....

I still can't believe paypal won't cover this ,even though they have the proof of delivery! They said anytrhing over $250 requires a signature on delivery.

I looked into this more, and there are LOTS of people with similiar experiences.

Another suggestion would be to sell some of those heli parts to us here in Canada. We use real cash from the high price of gas. Looking for 6 ch heli transmitter. Can you help?

Phone Paypal again..and ask for managment

I run into this where someone screwed me when I sold my 25amp cc speedcontrol. well after more then one phone call to paypal and paypal management phone me.. I was credit teh money back and the person is on a watch by paypal

Also.. find out what the local police dept is where this guy lives and phone them up and ask for the Fraud Squad.. its like this..you can prove it made

I don't understand. You sold a Heli package and Paypal debited your account. Shouldn't Paypal made a Credit of $650 to your account when the purchaser sent you the money?
