I'm using a Dragon Link UHF system. It has RSSI pins on the rx. Just hook it up, easy peasy. I'm going out today for a FPV flight. It's just above freezing and hardly no wind at all, no snow and its February.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I had my quad out for two FPV flights today. I need to do some fine tuning on the gains but it flew quite well as is. Enjoy.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I watched World cup downhill skying from Germany yesterday and they showed their 'new' camera platform over the course, being an fpv octocopter with a camera, it looked like GoPro, but may have been bigger. Great new job opportunity for our hobby experienced pilots. Great stuff. CBC may get them in 20 years or so.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I made up a gopro mount, with pitch control, for my Naza quad. It seems to work on the ground but a test flight will tell the true tale. Just charging my bats for a test flight.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I had the quad out for a test flight to check out my homemade gopro mount. I'm very pleased with the results.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I hooked up a new vtx to my naza. I'm using a 400mw 1280ghz vtx, with a low pass filter. I picked up two lawmate 1.2 vrxs modified with a SAW filter. My patch antenna is 1.2 8dbi modified for optimal 1280 frequency(centered at 1280ghz). The video is the ground staion recording, which was glitch free. I was using a gopro2 set to 1080 wide mode. Unfortunately, my DVR shut down, due to the cold.

Re: Naza FPV Quad

I picked up some Roxxy 2827-35 motors for my quad. Here is the test flight. I have it dialed in now for some FPVing. That snow storm that rolled in doesn't help.
