Hello, can someone tell me where there is a free off road track so that I can test some trucks. I am super new to trucks so don't want to have to pay and go during certain hours.

For $60 per year you can join the Mississauga Flying Club and go practice anytime you like. They have a small but challenging RC track and occasional races. Their web site is www.mmfc.net.

A lot of time, effort and expense goes into building, maintaining, and promoting a commercial offroad rc track. Thus it's unreasonable to expect to run at those types of facilities for free.

Unimproved locations like parking lots, construction sites, open land, etc. are generally your choices if you don't want to pay to run.

in Brampton chinguacousy park, between the skate park and the ski hill, there's a sort of bmx track that people use for jumps and bashing, got a few dirt jumps and such, there add a fair bit of grass growing on it when I was there the other day.

That is the MMFC track mentioned above. Not all classes of nitro/gas are allowed due to noise and dust. If you want more info call or email the club for what is allowed to run.
