Thanks found that one also. It was never made by Pheonix models I talked to them on it. Will keep looking was an awesome flyer and took little power to fly. Very light model.

the Phoenix Accipiter looks exactly the same to me.

This is the model but was never made by Phoenix. In a letter to them someone used their name on the model. No contact information on the inside of the box or addresses.
