Honestly Hanes, is there an engine in that category that isn't a good engine in its own way?

There's sooooo much info on the net nowadays....DA 170 is "now" a great engine. Perhaps not the KING of power but will hold its own in any airframe you might want too put it in....on display!!

Are you saying you would prefer a 3W-170 this year as a first 150-170 class engine?
I'm very excited as I will be flying a 3w 157 this season, (pending).

The 3W110CS has taken me by storm.

I have DA100s and 120s, but that Heavy weight 110cs is a brute.

If the 3w170 is anything like the 110cs..... Then Hell yes!!~!

DA170 was second on my short list, but seems to be first in line so why fight it LOL
