Banged battery pack

       Remove this ad - become a site supporter!
I took a reciever pack apart that I banged in a crash. I removed the bad cell and then put the pack back together. Can this pack be charged without burning down my house or something on a normal wall charger? It was a 600 Mah pack now minus a cell. Now what would be the Mah? I might use this for stupid projects but not for my plane again so don't worry. Thanks Dan

The pack will now be 3.6 volts instead of 4.8 volts and will still be 600 Mah.

Your wall charger is probably setup for the highter voltage. Might be worth the $3 to add a new cell back; especially if it's no longer for a plane.
